🚨 BREAKING NEWS: THE LINDSAY CLANCY CASE JUST TOOK ANOTHER MAJOR TURN! 🚨 And I’m going to say something that might piss a few people off, but I don’t care! Lindsay Clancy’s attorney is NOT backing down, and what just happened could potentially change the entire direction of this case! Because other jurors have alleged that he wasn’t properly following the law, wasn’t fully participating in deliberations, and was even scrolling on his PHONE! Now, these are allegations that still need to be investigated, but if they’re proven, we could be looking at a serious problem with how this trial ended! And here’s where it gets REALLY interesting. Her defense is arguing DOUBLE JEOPARDY! They’re saying the judge may have declared a mistrial without taking the necessary steps to investigate what was happening with that juror. And if the defense successfully proves that the mistrial wasn’t legally justified, Lindsay could potentially be protected from being tried again! THAT MEANS THIS CASE COULD POSSIBLY BE DISMISSED WITHOUT ANOTHER TRIAL! Now, let me make something perfectly clear. Three beautiful, innocent children lost their lives. Nothing will ever change that, and those babies deserve to be remembered. But supporting Lindsay doesn’t mean you’re dismissing those children. It means you recognize that severe mental illness, including postpartum psychosis, deserves to be taken seriously. And I’m tired of people acting like understanding mental illness is the same thing as excusing a tragedy! You can be absolutely heartbroken for those children AND believe their mother was experiencing a devastating psychiatric crisis. Those two things can exist at the same damn time! November 2 is the next major court date, and you better believe I’ll be watching! Because this isn’t over. Not even close. And to everyone who already decided Lindsay’s fate before understanding the evidence, maybe it’s time to remember that the justice system requires more than your personal opinion!
