This dog breed is known to “train” its owners. This is a common thing they will do and it can be random I have a 5 year old and she’s like this randomly she will stand there and just watch me but it’s ALWAYS because she wants something I just get up and do everything we usually do go outside, water, food, treat, sometimes even just a hug and love and she’s comfortable after that. They are very smart dogs.

Make sure he didn’t eat anything that can be poisonous to dogs, drool is not a good sign. They also drool when they’re in pain.
