As a 22 year business owner on state street in Orem, BUILD your own, use 25% of it and lease the rest out. I was terrified to, but I found a way and I can’t tell you how lucrative it’s been for our family! If you can’t afford it yet, find a silent owner and do it that way! I love seeing Utah small business owners succeed!!!
