When I got attacked at school my mother called the police and we pressed charges - they had to pay all my medical bills and were switched out of all my classes and they were banned from certain hallways - make sure your child feels safe and make a report no child deserves this

I would definitely call the police at least make a police report. Don’t call 911 I would just either go to the police station or call the nonemergency number and definitely make a police report and I would demand that that child is no longer in your child’s class.

Oh hell no!!! I would be all up in the schools business and demand that child be removed from her class. My kid was attacked (not this horrible) and I demanded they be removed. If they don't take it to the school board.

Yup lawsuit. First contact the principal and the parents . See if you can meditate it. But they would be paying the medical expenses. Kids these days need to learn real life has consequences. Coming from someone who works in education. These students get away with so much.
