Cut that up into small pieces marinate with salt pepper,red pepper onions and skewer it with pork fat between each piece and throw it on a charcoal fire 10/10

Got lungs delivered fresh this morning. They're great. Soaks up flavors in the dish. I thought in the USA you just can't buy them from factory farms though, and you can buy them from some farmers?
