Woke up 430 am the next morning, feeling like I was drowning, and coughing thick fluid out of my lungs, in an amount that I was gasping and unable to breathe. Husband took me to er, all testing normal, X-rays showed clear lungs…. I am now sick.

I ran into my abuser at the grocery store. I habent seen him in YEARS. now suddenly I run into him? I was in do much pain for days after I submitted those names. I was in a really bad place and my trauma was severely triggered. her over gave me hope. it was a moment of weakness. it was a mistake.
