I’m not sure you understand the effect of the combo of, king tides, rising sea level from kelvin waves, and high surf being produced by TC Rachel. The erosion and flooding caused by this combination could be worse for coastal communities than rain or wind. Storm systems in can create issues days before we see a wisp of a cloud.
