@lauramunozco: It’s literally impossible to show everything that goes into a day as a hospice nurse, but here are a few clips from today! 🤍 Started my morning with a wound care visit, spent a good amount of time catching up on charting from yesterday’s visits, making phone calls, and rearranging my schedule because we were short a nurse today. Today’s visits included wound care, a recertification + wound care visit, and lastly, a routine visit. It was honestly such a long day, and these clips only show a small part of it!
