three thoughts. first, her reasoning that because managers knew is troubling as managers should be expected to hold some level of trust which includes secrets. love that the CEO wants to talk with the wife about it, shows a willingness to think things through and get outside perspectives, third good call on having the CEO reach out better someone that cares about the situation than an disingenuous apology
