A lot of people do not understand that public schools have issues with children's behavior throughout the country. Teachers have no ability to hold children accountable not even someone who shoots a teacher. We need to put the rules back into the teachers hands and not the parents complaining about what their children have to do like homework. Parents also need to be accountable for what their children are or seeing and hearing
