Oh yeah, those bystanders! I say they are culpable and should be removed from the scene and the ones who filmed it they can follow where the 19 year old is headed whether Jail or Hell. WTF is wrong with all of us ? Does it have to be at your house and your family to understand. This is insane and its just a TikTok story. I am far from young and a good ways from old but this stuff has to stop. What are we doing ? What are we allowing ? What is wrong with those of us who knows right from wrong but do not act ? Myself included. Throw your phone in the woods and mail me a letter and we can go from there. So sad.
