@nodqdotcom: PWInsider.com reported on Friday that former WWE, WCW, and ECW star 2 Cold Scorpio (Charles Scaggs), 60, was sentenced to six years in prison after pleading guilty to charges of second-degree assault and armed criminal action. However, Scaggs has an opportunity to earn probation after completing a 120-day intensive program. Under the Missouri program, defendants participate in a highly structured, boot-camp-style rehabilitation program. Upon completion, the Department of Corrections submits a report and recommendation to the court. If Scaggs successfully completes the program, he could be granted probation and serve the remainder of his sentence under supervision in the community. If he is unsuccessful, he could be required to serve the remainder of his six-year sentence in prison. An update is expected in early 2027. TMZ.com first reported that Scaggs was arrested on June 15th 2024 following a fight at a gas station in which he allegedly stabbed a man. Scaggs was taken into custody after prosecutors filed a motion to revoke his bond. During a hearing that day, he acknowledged brandishing a firearm in violation of his bond conditions. Court records stated, ‘Court finds and believes Defendant to be clearly in violation of his bond conditions, and that said violation is a danger to public safety.’ Scaggs reportedly had no prior criminal history before his arrest.
