Probably has an emergency light bulb. I have some in my lamps. They work like a regular light bulb when you have electricity but when electricity is out they come on. Some of them you can even take them out of the lamp & they still work!

Know it’s not haunted… A lot of newer lightbulbs have a battery inside them for emergencies. When the power goes out it switches over to battery. You can actually unscrew them and they came with a screw cover that would screw onto the base and carry it around. That generally will last around 3 to 4 hours on a full charge

I have a lamp that does that too. I got nervous about it. Had an electrician come. Some vintage lamps take very, very little electricity to run. So if you are just in a brown out, it will still be lit. I don’t know if that’s what’s going on here but that’s what happened with me. Here is a picture

so one time I thought I had a ghost...turned off the lamp and it came back on a minute later....turns out our electric was super old and was back feeding that bad and the house could have caught on fire...😬 hope you have a ghost🤞
