Such an interesting angle that the prosecution tried to take…. So Lindsay was in her right state of mind because she was able to take the kids to doctor’s appointments and was able to function normally. I’m not sure it landed the way they were expecting because what I took from that was that despite being depressed and running with very little sleep, she still managed to put the kids first… still managed to make sure they were cared for…. was still concerned about their health… these are not the actions of someone who had pre planned their deaths. These are not the actions of someone who didn’t care for her children. This shows a loving, selfless mother who put her children above all else and it shows a selfish, absent father who cared nothing for his family. So tell me again who killed them? Patrick did. Patrick set her up. He killed them before he left the house. He wouldn’t allow the police to access his phone records because there was no call to Lindsay while he was at the pharmacy. He’s a liar - a cold blooded liar.

This reminds me a couple of things to add! 1) there are conflicting stories about how she ended up there that night. 1. Lindsay wanted to go 2. It was his idea while she was scared and didn’t want to go. I need to go back and find where I drew that from.
