@bonniemarie123: Desperate times call for desperate measures. The truth of the matter is, our education system is not properly funded. Staples spending cards don’t begin to put a dent in what’s needed to provide our students with the educational experiences we had growing up. School budgets are stretched thinner than ever, and opportunities to learn outside the classroom are becoming increasingly difficult to afford. I’ll do anything for my students, even if it means spending my Friday night hunting for deals on freezies, buying them with my own money, and storing them until the spring so we can raise enough money to pay for a bus to take us on a field trip. Because let’s be honest, fundraising is becoming the future of education. #fridaynight #teachersoftiktok #education #reality #fundraising
