@newsweeks001: Quick correction: the person in the red kayak is Ash’s cameraman, not Ash himself. I misidentified him in the picture. Thank you to everyone who pointed it out. The update is that the team has started the river journey. Ash Dykes is finally on the Sangha River! His 700km+ inflatable kayak expedition through the Congo Basin has begun after border paperwork problems, a five-hour detour, a stormy motorboat journey and a fallen tree blocking the road to Nola. It’s the start of Project 6’s first expedition, heading towards Mossaka in the Republic of Congo. @Travel with mebah good luck everyone! #AshDykes #CongoBasin #SanghaRiver #Project6 #Expedition
