As a guide at USH, there’s a few reasons they would never demolish the USH backlot. One being that it’s incredibly historical and over 115+ years old. Second, the golf course next store is where all the celebs and execs go. They have the money to stop the development, and they would. FFHD is already causing issues. As far as WB goes, the same reasons apply.

I don’t want them to destroy a lot with 100 year of history because they’re not going to move. They may move their execs but they’re going to rent out the space. They already said that lot will be for TV and Paramounts lot will be Movies. Also this is a gross hope?? Entertainment industry needs to stay and is way more important than expanding the theme park

Warner bros is staying even under the merger at least for now. The plan is to let them remain operating as is with some cuts. I highly doubt the studios will be apart of those cuts.
