I typically buy Lucerine milk ! But at my local shop, they only sold organic Valley and I thought I can trust him and I’m not joking. I feel like when I was drinking them with my coffees. I was just waking up with headaches and nausea or if I wasn’t waking up with that I was feeling that throughout the day after consuming those strings, I’m not saying this is the reason but interesting enough. I did realize the change of milk was changing the way I was feeling afterwards.!!
