If i am honest a part of me recognized it wasnt right but i betrayed that part and chose to ignore it then, that self betrayal is one of the hardest parts to forgive but you can heal and you can change just dont give up..

Wish I could be stronger. Feel so stupid to say I’m scared to stop drinking but I don’t know what life looks like on the other side. I feel like I lie to myself every morning telling myself I didn’t drink very much so it’s ok. Feel like I’m gonna lose myself if I stop.
