So i am a landlord who had squatters in Philly….….let your landlord take you to court. They will lose and its not worth the hastle for them. This isnt worth your safety. Email your landlord every minute. Withhold rent in an escrow account and move.

You can call DEA or ATF and report that you believe there is a drug lab next door to you. They literally specialize in this stuff and they DO care. I think you might get a better response than the local PD who doesn’t care to deal with it.

Oh they’re cooking cooking. I think there are some diy test kits for meth residue which is toxic. Might make it easier to end the lease if you had a positive test. This is crazy though and I hope you’re okay

Girl. Document everything, move out, stop paying and make your landlord pay to take you to court. It’s expensive to sue someone, and I’d bet on them not doing anything more than a strongly worded letter. Don’t forward your mail or give them your address. It’ll take them awhile to even find you to even send that letter.
