I don’t know man Texas roadhouse makes theirs from scratch as well and it’s pretty delicious but I’m the same way with him with management if I never went through management with Cracker Barrel, which I think is one of the strongest management built teams in America it would be hard to survive anywhere else. It’s crazy how some restaurants are structurally strong management wise in Cracker Barrel’s one of them. Pals is up there as well I took the pals time management when I was 18 years old and I’m 45 now so quite a while ago in the 2000s and it helped me out tremendously. 🔥🔥🔥
