I mean its not hard to start on stocks set up a robinhood brokerage account put money into your account and invest in some long run stocks nvidia is a good start then invest into stocks with dividends to get a couple dollars back a month

it’s normal but not ideal the earlier you start the better compound interest is crazy look up the video on the difference between someone who invested at 18 vs 20,30,40s and 50s major difference
