Since TikTok kept removing my other caption here it is !! Earlier this after, at around 12:25pm, i witnessed a man being kidnapped by ICE agents on the side of the 99 between Chowchilla and Merced heading towards Merced. Please everyone check on your loved ones check on your friends please be aware and be cautious. If you or anyone you know comes across ICE and they try to stop you, YOU DO NOT NEED TO SPEAK TO THEM, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO STOP FOR THEM, THEY CAN NOT CONDUCT TRAFFIC STOPS. If they pull you over you can leave. If they pull you over and say their reason is to verify you are a citizen you CAN leave. If they pull you over and say your taillight is out or you were speeding you CAN leave they have no jurisdiction to conduct any type of traffic stops. Here attached is the car of the man that was kidnapped this afternoon. If you recognize it please let his family know!!
