Wood-fired Grilled Fish with Vegetables Recipe Ingredients: 1 whole fish, gutted 4 garlic cloves, crushed Juice of 1 lemon 3 tablespoons olive oil Salt and black pepper to taste Tomatoes Onion Bell pepper Carrot Zucchini Cilantro Instructions: Season the fish and marinate for 30 minutes. Light the wood fire and wait until the coals are hot and ready. Place the fish and vegetables over the fire to grill slowly, drizzling with olive oil while cooking. Grill until the fish has golden skin and tender flesh inside. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot.
