The reason why you haven’t seen them in a while means they are looking at your parents and noticing there schedule so when your parents are gone and when you are never with anyone that’s when they start targeting you in ways you can feel.

I was waiting for my brother at the bus stop one day on a hot day and I was sitting in the grass looking down at my phone when I looked up I saw a guy without a head just walking like it was normal I literally had to blink to make sure it wasn't real but when i blinked he wasn't there anymore I was genuinely scared I told my mom and evb I knew nobody believes me also this isn't the first time

Exactly, the first apparition I had was before I was even in foster care. My adoptive great grandmother who died when my adoptive mother was a child would come to me and tell me that everything would be okay (my biological parents were physically and verbally abusive as well as severely neglectful). She was right; a few years later I had been in foster care for only about a year and a half before I got adopted! Also a few years ago I saw one out of the corner of my eye that was holding a knife and staring right at me. I was TERRIFIED, and my parents had recently gotten a bundle of sage. The ghost didn’t disappear when I blinked, so I KNEW it was real…. So I panicked and my parents burned the sage all over the house, yards, and garage. Haven’t seen it since, and I still don’t know what its intentions were to this day. But they didn’t seem like GOOD intentions.
