Chasing a feeling I could not shake no matter how hard I tried to ignore it. It is hard to do. Trust me. But on the other side of that decision, I got my life back. I am healthier. More active. Less stressed. More present. I wake up and actually want to go outside. The mountains do not let you stay stuck. Colorado Springs has given me something Houston never could. A lifestyle that feels like mine. A community that feels like home. A pace that does not leave me running on empty every Sunday night. And I am still finding new things to love about this place six years later. So make a bet on yourself if something has been pulling at you. Chances are you already know it is time for a change.
