@aieshabeasley: My back pain has been brutal lately, especially at festivals 😩 With a couple more coming up before the end of the year, strengthening my core is something I really want to focus on. I decided to go to Southwest Spine & Sports in Scottsdale, where I had a consultation with Dr. Wolff. We talked through my concerns, did an exam, and went over options for supporting my core strength. Now I’m doing a four-session protocol over four weeks with EMSCULPT NEO and EMSELLA. EMSCULPT NEO helps build and strengthen the treated muscles, while EMSELLA targets weak pelvic floor muscles to help support bladder control. I’m curious to see how I feel after the series—and in the weeks afterward, since results may continue developing over time. This isn’t a cure-all, though. Appropriate strength training, movement, stretching, and following my provider’s recommendations still matter outside these appointments.
