The whole point is using the technology that these tech giants invest in to bring them down. They will keep investing and building up their own AI projects unless the people show a flaw in the very existence of AI. No matter how loudly we shout that AI is stealing and there’s no protection for the people it’s learning from. No one will care cus they are making money from it. So using the very same technology to change regulation is in my opinion not that bad of an idea. But yes, use software made by humans that aren’t running evil subscription services.

I love graphic design but I dont do it for a living so im not paying monthly for photoshop but I only know how to work in photoshop. i havent used photoshop since they went monthly but I bet I could pick it up in 30 seconds cause its the best ui and feature set thats out. gimp is ass ui, the photoshop mod is not 1 to 1.

Photopea has a lot of shortcomings but its still way better than Photocraft. Adobe doesn’t have to worry about losing my monthly payment at this point 😂

It's not vibe coding slop lmao, the shit's open source. slop is the Adobe package that refuses to function without crashing. But please by all means use the collegiate level editing tools and keep paying monthly for them.
