@forrestplauger4: Imagine being a hiring manager, opening someone’s resume, and realizing they’ve decided to give you absolutely nothing until you hire them first. ⠀ Most people spend hours trying to make their resumes look impressive, listing every skill, achievement, and previous job they’ve ever had. This guy apparently decided that was all unnecessary. ⠀ Instead, he included a picture of himself, a couple of basic sections, and one of the most confident statements you’ll ever see on a job application: “Hire me to unlock my full potential.” ⠀ The funniest part is that he’s basically treating his qualifications like locked content in a video game. You don’t get to see his skills, experience, or education until you’ve officially hired him and unlocked the full version. ⠀ You have to respect the confidence, though. While everyone else is trying to convince employers they’re qualified, this guy is asking the company to take a chance and find out for themselves. At this point, I’d almost want to interview him just to see what happens next.
