マスターズでもやってる方をちらほら見た座の姿勢でやるターン🤸‍♂️高度な技はアラフィフの私にはなかなか習得出来ないのでこう言う繰り返し練習すれば出来るようになりそうな技を増やしたいと思ってます🤗 上手く回転出来ないけど繰り返しやっていけば出来るようになるかな？しかし足首に負担がかかって痛いし、高い平均台でやったら事故りそうです😣 来年の試合までに習得できるといいな🤩 ちなみにネットで座のターンの難度を調べたりしてるんだけど出てこないしチャッピーに聞いてもＢかもしれないけど断定出来ない🤖って言われてるんだけど、360°ターンはＢ難度で合ってますか？🥹分かる人教えてください🥹❤️ #体操女子　#平均台　#ターン #体操選手　#アラフィフ ーーーーー 🤸‍♀️ I’ve seen a few Masters gymnasts doing this seated turn on the beam! As a gymnast in my late 40s, advanced skills are hard to master, so I want to add more skills that I can learn through repetition 🤗 I can’t quite get the turn right yet, but will I get there with enough practice? My ankles hurt from the strain, though, and trying this on a high beam feels like an accident waiting to happen 😣 I hope I can master it in time for next year’s competition! 🤩 By the way, I’ve been searching online for the difficulty value of this seated turn, but can’t find it. Even ChatGPT says it might be a B skill, but can’t confirm it. Is a full 360° turn really a B skill? 🥹 If you know, please let me know! 🥹❤️
