Add the beef: Place the chuck roast in the slow cooker. Whisk together the soup, au jus mix, and beef broth, then pour over the roast. 2. Slow cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 8–9 hours, or until the beef is fork-tender and easy to shred. 3. Add vegetables: Add the potatoes and carrots during the final 2–3 hours. Add the green beans during the final 45–60 minutes, until tender. 4. Serve: Shred the beef with two forks and mix it into the rich gravy. Spoon over fluffy white rice with the vegetables and extra gravy. Blue Spoon’s Tip: For extra flavor, sear the roast in a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes per side before adding it to the slow cooker. #fyp #local #foryoupage #f #fy
