@mrtravelon: 🇲🇦 MOROCCAN TAGINE – THE REAL TASTE OF MOROCCO! 🥘 You can't visit Morocco without trying a traditional Moroccan tagine! But what exactly is a tagine, and why is it one of Morocco's most famous dishes? 🇲🇦 Deep in the Moroccan countryside, miles from the usual tourist hotspots, Mr Travelon discovers the real taste of Morocco while staying in an authentic traditional kasbah in Demnate. 🥘 What is a Moroccan tagine? A tagine (also spelt tajine) is a traditional Moroccan dish, slow-cooked in a distinctive clay pot with a cone-shaped lid. Using aromatic Moroccan spices, vegetables and often chicken, lamb or beef, it's one of the most iconic dishes in Moroccan cuisine. But eating a tagine in Morocco isn't just about the food. It's about the whole experience! Forget fancy restaurants and tourist menus. We're talking traditional Moroccan cooking, authentic surroundings and enjoying a proper Moroccan meal in a kasbah in the middle of nowhere! This is what travelling around Morocco is all about. Discovering traditional food, experiencing Moroccan culture and finding places that most tourists never get to see. Have you ever tried a traditional Moroccan tagine? And what's your favourite – chicken, lamb or vegetable? 👇 #MoroccanTagine #MoroccanFood #MoroccoTravel #TraditionalMoroccanFood #MrTravelon
