Only when you live in the properties can you understand that they really do invest a lot in the quality and comfort of apartments and the estates themselves. A lot saying otherwise have only lived in Polofields for example through Tik Tok…I looooove it here love it

Their workmanship is horrific. I live in one of them in Cape Town and the building is blowing with the heavy winds. It’s horrible quality and their complexes are just too big
