A liquidity sweep below the low might look like a buy. But for this setup, I'd still need three more things before considering an entry. That's the difference between seeing a possible reversal and having a trading plan. Here's what the four conditions in this chart are doing. SELL-SIDE LIQUIDITY SWEEP Price trades below a previous low. That can make a potential bullish reversal worth watching, but the sweep isn't proof that price will go higher. The market can take that low and keep falling. 2. HIGHER-TIMEFRAME AREA OF INTEREST Next, price is trading into a 1-hour fair value gap (FVG). Rather than looking for buys at any random swept low, this gives the idea a specific higher-timeframe location. An FVG is an area of price imbalance, not guaranteed support. Price could still trade through it. 3. BULLISH INVERSE FAIR VALUE GAP On the smaller price action, price closes above a previously bearish FVG. That failed bearish gap is now being watched as a potential bullish inverse fair value gap (IFVG). It suggests the market has started behaving differently around that area, but the reclaim alone doesn't guarantee a reversal. 4. BULLISH CHANGE IN STATE OF DELIVERY The last condition is CISD. In the video, the reference level is marked from the bearish push into the low. When price closes above that level, it gives another possible indication that the immediate bearish delivery is changing. It's not the same thing as proving the whole higher-timeframe trend has reversed. THEN WHAT? Only after those conditions would I look at a possible buy on a retracement. In this chart, the proposed stop is below the swept low, with an illustrative 1:3 risk-to-reward target. That 1:3 is a planned ratio, not a promise of profit or proof of a successful live trade. And the IFVG and CISD may reflect related price movement, not two independent guarantees. The most useful part of this setup is knowing when not to take it. No higher-timeframe context? No convincing shift in price behaviour? No sensible entry and invalidation? I can leave it alone. I'd rather skip a trade than force the chart to fit an idea. Follow for more liquidity, IFVG, CISD and price action breakdowns. #LiquiditySweep #IFVG #CISD #ICTTrading #PriceActionTrading
