@classics.journey: George Clooney has broken his silence about the heartbreaking passing of Presley Gerber, the 27-year-old son of supermodel Cindy Crawford and businessman Rande Gerber. Speaking at his annual Albies awards ceremony in London on Friday, the 65-year-old actor described the loss as one of the most devastating experiences for his family. Clooney has been close friends with Crawford and Rande for many years. Presley reportedly passed away on September 20 after suffering cardiac arrest at a sober-living facility in Santa Monica, California. His passing was linked to a suspected overdose, although final confirmation of the substances involved was still pending a medical examiner’s toxicology report, according to the source. The tragedy has reportedly left Clooney and his wife, Amal, supporting the grieving family. Sources told People that close friends had been taking turns staying with Crawford and Rande so they would not have to face the difficult days alone. Presley had spoken publicly about his decade-long struggle with Dr\*g addiction and mental health challenges. Earlier this year, his parents and younger sister, Kaia Gerber, praised his courage as he discussed seeking treatment. Kaia had previously shared how her brother’s struggles affected their entire family. She also praised his willingness to speak openly about his experiences, helping others understand the human side of mental health challenges. Now, as loved ones mourn Presley, the focus has turned to supporting a family facing an unimaginable loss. Sometimes, the people who seem strongest are the ones who need someone beside them the most. \#GeorgeClooney #PresleyGerber #CindyCrawford #CelebrityNews #MentalHealth
