Yes! I remember when you were teaching me to be okay with feeling uncomfortable when I'm in a place of not knowing, and I realized how far I've come in being able to do that when I was talking to one of my clients about this last week! And when I'm not so busy looking for the answer, the information comes, in many ways through many channels, and it always feels amazing. 🥰

I feel this deeply! I don't chase answers, I trust they'll always come. I've taken as much pressure off of meeting imaginary milestones as i can and the journey is so much more comfortable and enjoyable. the nervous system settles and growth happens organically. I love the process now and feel much more confident in how *I* move through the world.

Patterns indeed. Mine have always been with repeated numbers. Whenever I see numbers such as 1111 I know I need to get out of my head and breathe. And there are days that I am seeing repeated numbers again and again. It’s such a reminder to allow rather than to search.
