Here's everything we tried: Salmon Avocado Choux Bun Chicken Caesar Choux Bun ⭐ Yuzu Choux Bun Creme Brulee Choux Bun ⭐ I was skeptical at first but the creamy chicken caesar filling actually works so well. The balance of savoury with a hint of sweetness was insanely satisfying. And that perfectly crispy craquelin on the choux bun was mindblowing. I also loved the creme brulee GIANT choux bun which has a perfectly thin torched caramel that CRACKS, a luscious vanilla cream filling that isn't too sweet.
