Roll it out, spread the cinnamon filling, and roll it up. Cut half into 12 medium-sized rolls and use the other half to make giant rolls. Let them rise again, then bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes, using both top and bottom heat, or until golden and cooked through. Giant rolls may need extra baking time. Let them cool before adding the whipping cream, homemade caramel, and walnuts.
