for the long strap, pull the clasp opposite of the adjustable side through the ring. both clasp end up on the same side. it make it's more shoulder style. hope this helps! you can always shift the shoulder protection pad over to sit where you want it on the shoulder.

The green one is a balenciaga first!! It’s amazing! The beige one is Demna’s era (giant) city bag, he’s the one who made it a crossbody and I hate it too. Hopefully Pierpaolo Picciolli bring back the shoulder strap

balenciaga makes a good bag! the cream from tk(j)maxx is city but giant 24 hardware (it came in smaller and bigger sized hardware, called 12 and 24). the long strap versions (if im not mistaken) were made for outlet during demna times. you can double the strap up and it comfortably shortens the strap. the long strap was annoying demna early years addition. and the khaki green is called the first bag. the motorcycle is called them all as an unbrella term. it was first called le dix, the first, city, part time, twiggy etc came later. the arena (city bag crinkled lambskin) leather is unbeatable and very hard wearing. my first arena leather was bazaar and its still my travel bag.
