Brah that’s been happening since the 1980’s grab a 25 cent bag of chips with a $10 dollar food stamp get the change. Back then them stamps were physical not on a card. Look deeper guy! Just sayin🤦😎

This has been going on since the beginning of the food stamp program. Move on. EBT card was one of the main reasons why we moved away from coupon booklets. Back then, you could sell your food stamps for .40 cents on the dollar.

as a single father, when I had to seek anything in the beginning, I learned quickly. For myself and 1 child. 15 dollars for a month was rewarded. Good to know its different for others.

here in colorado...... those that hold the food stamp cards will offer you to buy your grocerys at full value of what they have say $200.00 then you pay them half.. it would be $100.00 .. any time at any walmart in the hood.. and they arent even shy about it..
