@itsnathanoreilly: Pullback or actual trend reversal? The difference I’m watching is market structure. In a downtrend, I mark the key swing high that formed before price made the next lower low. As long as price stays below that high, I still treat the move up as a pullback rather than assuming the trend has reversed. If price closes above that structural high, that’s when I stop treating it as just a pullback and start considering a potential reversal. The point is to stop reacting to every bounce as if the entire trend has changed.
