@razborgruz.engine: Ella Langley Cancels Tulsa Show Over Security Concerns as Police Say No Credible Threat Found Ella Langley canceled her Friday concert at Tulsa’s BOK Center over security concerns. But police say their search found no credible threat—and they did not recommend canceling. The singer told fans that a “serious security threat” involved the audience, venue staff and her team. She said the cancellation followed advice from local authorities, the venue and her security team. Tulsa police offered a different account. After officers conducted a sweep with K-9 teams, police described the incident as a “false b*mb threat call.” Captain Richard Meulenberg said officers informed the performer’s staff that they had found no credible danger. “They decided to cancel the performance anyway,” he said in a Facebook video. BOK Center defended the decision, saying the safety of everyone involved came first. The venue said refund details would follow. For some fans, the announcement arrived after hours of travel. One person wrote that they had driven four hours from Dallas and needed to leave early the next morning for their child’s soccer game. Another said they were more than an hour into their journey when they learned the show was off. The report did not establish who made the threat or why. Langley acknowledged the expense and effort fans had put into attending, while standing by the cancellation. “Your safety will always mean more to me than anything else,” she wrote. “I refuse to put anyone in harm’s way.” Should a show proceed after police find no credible threat? #EllaLangley #Tulsa #BOKCenter #ConcertNews #DandelionTour
