Haha bless ya 😅just seen the tag 😅 peas and nuts omggg the sounds 😂 ... and yeah im waiting on that surgery, not looking forward to it...I can't even stick a finger up mine cuz its so painful, I just push the mucus out 😂 sorry TMI lol...also I do do breaks in my vids, they just might be subtle 🤪 hope you're good! not seen you on my feed for abit xxx

I hoped to find the solution for the mucus because it’s been horrible. I have my ileostomy for 4 months now and only managed to get something out 2 times. I have constant cramps and pain 🥺. I really hoped that taking the bowl out would solve it since I have a loop ileostomy at the moment. But now I see you still have this problem without a bowl 🥺

Ask your stoma nurse to get a prescription for suppository, I have exactly same problem an these work wonders ❤️

I’m not sure if you’re experiencing the same thing as I did but I found relief when using a suppository called “indometacin” I believe it in as anti inflammatory and helps with pain in the area
