@Mr. Dan D:that's why a lot of people like Erie Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania's got a lot of help for those people who need it. of course you can get food stamps and if you qualify you can get money too they will help you get Medicaid as well. the bad thing about this is people take advantage of it.
