ive been getting intrusive memories NON STOP recently!!! its so overwhelming!!!! i have a lot of PTSD and sometimes the intrusive memories arent even traumatic but the smells/feeling/sensory stuff tied fo those flashes of memories are so overwhelming that it sooo dysregulting and my ocd tries to focus in the why and how to stop them
