Toss the shrimp in olive oil + seasonings then cook the shrimp in olive oil + 1 tbsp butter for 2 minutes flipping in between on medium low heat. Remove them and set aside. 2. Add another 3 tbsp butter, garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook only about 30 seconds, then pour in the wine and reduce it by roughly half. Add a handful of parsley. 3. Add 1 cup pasta water first and let it simmer for a minute. Add the pasta directly into the pan and toss vigorously. 4. On low heat add the remaining cold butter one tablespoon at a time, tossing constantly. Add additional pasta water in splashes if needed. Keep on low heat. Finish with lemon juice and zest, more parsley, salt and black pepper as needed. #pasta #kitchen #cooking #explore
