@itsshawnachellefits: Good morning, friends. ☕❤️ Sitting here enjoying my morning coffee, looking out at this beautiful view, and feeling incredibly blessed. But my heart is a little heavier this morning. My parents worked hard their entire lives to fulfill their dream of retiring in Florida. And last night, that dream home was in the path of a hurricane. I’m praising God that they’re both safe, but their property suffered quite a bit of damage, and there’s a long road of cleanup ahead. 🙏 You know what’s strange about getting older? That moment when the roles start to reverse. You go from being the child whose parents worry about them to being the adult child lying awake worrying about your parents. ❤️ It’s a different kind of worry, and this one hits close to home. This morning, I’m counting my blessings a little differently. Praying for my parents and every family affected by the hurricane.
