Nipple balm with lanolin for your lips lol! Also take a fish oil supplement to help with the dryness! & drink SOOO much water. I finished accutane 3 months ago and it really changed my life

It’s soo worth it but definitely agree with the aquaphor comments. Get the real stuff not the lip stick. And lots of moisturizer/lotion for your face and hands. And drink a ton of water

Take fish oil/omega 3, milk thistle and an antihistamine like Zyrtec to prevent purging and help prevent all the side effects like joint pain! I am on it now and all of this has helped me so much

1. Earth mama nipple butter with lanolin is the only thing to help the cracked lips & 2. Caramelize onions in a crockpot all day so you don’t have to stand over the stove for an hour

It’s so annoying while you’re on it but trussttt it works.. I only had to do it once, it’s been 10+ years and only get occasional hormonal pimples
