Native Americans are probably the most discriminated against for voting access and rights. Some states even require them to sever ties with their tribe before they can register to vote. (See SD).

They can’t own the land because they will sell the land losing reservation land forever, Then they’ll use that money to buy stuff that they shouldn’t have like drugs and alcohol. Also every Indian has the right to own land in the United States off the reservation.

I live close to the Seminole tribe in south florida and they have their own area your not even allowed to get into unless your native american. Definitely big time alcoholics not all but majority and definitely the few that I know personally. they are balling I think they do own their own properties they even have their own police force here.
