Most of you that are referencing Abrahams ability to see the slavery in Jacobs time are actually making his point. Abraham could see it and Jacob couldn't, because the route in which God used this time was dispised. And if you watch he has not made any biblical blunder he only exposed the "what ifs". Even in science this is a proper way of pruning a fact. But religious people fear changing anything which explains the comments under this post.

But there was famine in the days of Isaac too so much that He had to leave his country due to the famine. Again, Abraham got the prophecy ahead of time that his seed will be slaves in a strange land, again Apostle already mentioned that it is his own postulation but the scriptures cannot have a private interpretation.

The dream did not specify the location. So it can be fulfilled anywhere. The only part that didn't happen is the part of the presence of his mother. That's a great message to learn from about divine prophecies.

But it wasn’t Joseph that dreamt but the pharaoh. If Joseph wasn’t in Eygpt at the time, how would he be called upon to interpret Pharaoh’s dream. Moreso, if they all had not gone to Eygpt what would have been the need for a Moses, Joshua and all the judges? Imagine the Joseph was in his father’s house when the famine started on whose authority would he have be raised about his other siblings that they would bow to him even his father. Even our Lord and Saviour was despised in His own home town
